PARKING REGULATIONS
72.02 HANDICAPPED PARKING The fine for unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone shall be $100.00. 72.03 OVERNIGHT PARKING It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle or to permit a vehicle to remain parked overnight within the city limits on city streets of the city between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. 72.05 PARKING PLACES At any time it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a police officer or traffic control device. (A) In any intersection. (B) In a crosswalk. (C) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant. (D) At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway. 72.16 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT OWNERS CONSENT. It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on any private property without the consent of the property owner.
